Biography
Ms. Moser joined the Johnson Sauer Legal Group as an associate attorney in May 2011. Prior to entering private practice, she was the Domestic Law Clerk in Arapahoe County District Court. As a law clerk, she drafted orders and advised the judges and magistrates on a wide array of family law issues, including the intricate jurisdictional issues that arise in interstate child custody cases. Having worked for several domestic judges in the 18th Judicial District, Ms. Moser has a unique understanding of how judges analyze the many issues that arise in contested family law cases.
Ms. Moser was raised in Farmington, Iowa. She attended Drake University, where she majored in Business Management and earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. After working several years as a property and casualty insurance underwriter, Ms. Moser received her Juris Doctorate from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law. While in law school, Ms. Moser received top scores in her legal writing courses, was a finalist for the Reese Persuasive Writing Award, and worked as a staff editor for the Transportation Law Journal.
While working in the 18th Judicial District, Ms. Moser developed a passion for family law. Having conducted initial status conferences with many pro se parties, she understands how overwhelming the legal process can be for those going through a divorce or seeking parental rights. Ms. Moser is an organized and assertive attorney, who is dedicated to ensuring that her clients receive fair treatment and obtain the best possible outcome in their cases.
