And we’re hiring paralegals. We’re looking for paralegals with:

- Excellent writing skills
- Strong organizational skills
- A love and mastery of technology
- Excellent customer service skills
- Solid commitment to helping people in family law cases
Successful candidates show us a strong sense of empathy with folks stuck in bad situations and experience to help them work through it. So much of the support a family law paralegal provides is intervention in the daily difficulties that inevitably arise, that the most important skill a paralegal brings to us is his or her ability to listen.
Organization, familiarity with Windows and Mac OS X, experience with Outlook, and an understanding of the value of customer service are important skills that add great value to the legal services we provide.
